- In case the product ordered by the customer is not available in stock or there is any technical problem that prevents us from delivering the product in time, we commit to take the following measures:
– We will notify the customer via email about the problem related to the availability of the product and the delay in shipping.
– We will provide the customer with a reasonable time frame to respond to our message and confirm his readiness to wait or order a replacement product.
- If we do not receive any response from the client within the specified time frame, we will store the amount paid by the client for three (3) months from the date of Initial notification. During this period, the client can request a refund or choose a replacement product.
- In case of non-response from the client during the period of storage of funds, we reserve the right to deal with these funds in the form that we deem appropriate. This may include placing funds in the balance of the client's account on the website for use in future purchases.
