Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Diore.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our updated policy on refunds and returns.

For the purposes of this return and refund policy:

Your return rights

You have the right to place an order within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We do not accept returns without a clear and justified reason. Our management team reserves the right to refuse any return request if it is determined that there is no valid issue.

Return and refund request process

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Go to the “Orders”tab.
  3. Select the order from which you want to request a refund, and then click the “Request Refund”button.
  4. Specify the reason for the refund request and click the “Submit”button.

Terms of return

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please make sure of the following:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 15 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Supply goods made according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return according to their nature, deteriorate quickly or where the expiration date expires.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of sanitary protection or hygiene and were opened after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that, after delivery, according to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items.
  • Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items marked 50% or more – all sales are final.
  • All accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any items that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the address we specify, which varies according to the country in which you reside.

Exception: The customer is excluded from bearing the shipping costs in case the product arrives damaged or the wrong product arrives.

We cannot be responsible for damaged or lost goods in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a secure and traceable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the returns received.
